FIT4MOM is the country's largest fitness program for moms offering pre and post-natal fitness classes for every stage of motherhood.
Stroller Strides - We currently offer six Stroller Strides classes throughout the week - Each hour long class includes a Power Walk or Run, resistance training using tubing and body weight, and core exercises. We welcome moms with babies from 6 weeks to any age! Children stay in the stroller for the duration of the class.
Stroller Barre - A program which incorporates Stroller Strides with Pilates, ballet and other barre methods, involving taking an exercise to its toughest point and pushing deeper from there (think of the lowest plié squat you've got, take it down an inch, then another, then raise and lower your heels).
Stroller Strides is coming to MOUNTAIN VIEW and LOS ALTOS! Classes start on Wednesday, October 2nd, 2013. Our Grand Opening is scheduled for Wednesday, November 6th.
Fit 4 Baby - A prenatal fitness program created to safely and effectively teach women to exercise throughout their pregnancy. Classes include warm-up, strength training, cardio, stretching and balance exercises. This course will be offered in the fall of 2013 through San Carlos Parks and Recreation. More info to come!
Body Back® - Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. When done in conjunction with founder Lisa Druxman's Mama Wants Her Body Back meal plan and workout DVDs, moms have a surefire combination for success. Look for classes in early 2014!
